President Vahagn Khachaturyan received the representatives of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation

Today, President Vahagn Khachaturyan received the Head of the Regional Program “Political Dialogue South Caucasus" of Konrad Adenauer Foundation Stephan Malerius.

The Deputy Head of the "Political dialogue South Caucasus" regional program Matthias Hespe and the Head of the fund's Yerevan office Lianna Marukyan participated in the meeting.

President Khachaturyan congratulated Stephan Malerius on taking the office and wished him fruitful cooperation. The representatives of the Foundation expressed their gratitude for the reception and assured, that, as before, they will continue close cooperation with the Armenian public sector and state bodies.

The interlocutors emphasised the importance of the efforts aimed at establishing long-term peace and stabilizing the security environment in the region and expressed readiness to support these processes as much as possible.

During the meeting, discussions were held on corruption prevention policy, as well as opportunities and initiatives for the development of cooperation in various scientific, educational and public spheres.
