President Vahagn Khachaturyan received a group of ambassadors of the USSR and the Russian Federation

Today, President Vahagn Khachaturyan received Armenian diplomat, Ambassador of the USSR and the Russian Federation Poghos Akopov and the representative delegation of the ambassadors of the USSR and the Russian Federation who arrived in Armenia from the Russian Federation on the occasion of Poghos Akopov’s 95th birthday anniversary.

The delegation included Alexander Aksenyonok, Andrey Baklanov, Oleg Ozerov, Eduard Malayan, Vladimir Kazimirov, Vladimir Morozov, Envarbik Fazelyanov and Sergey Akopov.

The President welcomed the guests and thanked the friends of Armenia present at the meeting, who, with their activities, made a great contribution to the strengthening of the centuries-old Armenian-Russian friendship and the development of close cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Poghos Akopov on his birthday, wishing him health and success.

The participants of the meeting expressed their gratitude and noted that the meeting is unprecedented.
