The swearing-in ceremony of the Judge of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Shirak region Kima Arzumanyan, Judge of the Court of the First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk region Anushavan Musheghyan, and Judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal Karen Bisharyan took place today at the President’s Palace with the participation of President Armen Sarkissian.
