President Armen Sarkissian received Tatul Manaseryan, Doctor of Economics, Professor, and Chairman of the Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan Civic Council NGO.

The situation in the country, current internal problems and external challenges were discussed at the meeting. In that context, Tatul Manaseryan presented their considerations and approaches, as well as the directions and programs of the organization.

They also touched upon increasing the efficiency of public administration, and in this context, they emphasized the necessity of constitutional changes to ensure a system of balanced governance and effective mechanisms of counterbalances and restraints.
