President Armen Sarkissian congratulated Rumen Radev on his victory in the Bulgarian presidential elections

The President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Rumen Radev on his victory in the presidential elections in Bulgaria.

President Sarkissian noted that Armenia highly appreciates the friendly relations and partnership with Bulgaria, based on mutual trust and respect, also close cultural and historical ties between the peoples of the two countries.

"I attach importance to the high-level political dialogue between the two countries, as well as the interaction in culture, education, innovations and other spheres. I am convinced that we will deepen and develop mutually beneficial cooperation," particularly said President Sarkissian in his message.
