President Armen Sarkissian congratulated the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on Constitution Day

President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev on Constitution Day.

President Sarkissian's message particularly says:

"Twenty-six years ago, on your initiative, the Basic Law of the country was adopted, which serves as a reliable basis for stability, public welfare, and the consolidation of society.

Armenia attaches great importance to the further development of multilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan. Friendly relations and mutual trust between our countries are a stable basis for mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas."
