President Armen Sarkissian congratulated the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Constitution Day

The President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Constitution Day.

The message of the President of Armenia particularly says:

"Twenty-six years ago, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan laid a solid foundation for the democratic development of the country, where man, his life, his rights and freedom were proclaimed the highest value. Armenia attaches great importance to the further development of interstate cooperation with Kazakhstan.

I am confident that through joint efforts, the Armenian-Kazakh cooperation will develop consistently, both at the bilateral level and within the framework of regional integration associations and international organizations."
