President Armen Sarkissian congratulated Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel on her birthday

President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel on her birthday.

The congratulatory message of the President particularly says:

"Your personal contribution to the strengthening of the Armenian-German relations and the expansion of cooperation in various spheres is significant.

I greatly appreciate the bilateral relations based on mutual trust, and I am sure that they will contribute to the continuous development and deepening of cooperation between the two countries.

I fondly remember our meetings in Yerevan and Berlin, due to which the consistent implementation of the obtained agreements will give new impetus to Armenian-German partnership for the benefit of our peoples."
