On the initiative of President Armen Sarkissian, the President and the Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting

On the initiative of the President of the Republic, President Armen Sarkissian and Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a working meeting today at the President’s Residence.

During the meeting, they touched upon the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and the process of implementing actions aimed at expelling the units of the Azerbaijani armed forces that invaded the sovereign territory of Armenia, and excluding the encroachments on the territorial integrity of Armenia.

They also exchanged views on Armenia’s position and preconditions on the issue of starting delimitation and demarcation work. It was emphasized that only satisfying the latter, the necessary conditions will be created to start relevant discussions in that direction. The President of the Republic presented his observations.
