President Armen Sarkissian received the Rector of the French University in Armenia

Today, President Armen Sarkissian received Bertrand Venard, the Rector of the French University in Armenia.

They touched upon the prospects of developing education and science. Bertrand Venard presented President Sarkissian the activities and upcoming programs the French University implemented in Armenia in both educational and research directions; he noted that in the future, the university plans to expand programs aimed at technological education, in particular.

President Sarkissian and Bertrand Venard emphasized the importance of implementing educational programs that meet modern requirements and exchanged views on the possibilities of cooperation within the framework of the ATOM Presidential Initiative, aimed at developing science and technology in Armenia.
