President Armen Sarkissian received Professor Tatul Manaseryan, Doctor of Economic Sciences, and President of the Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan Civic Council NGO.

The latter informed the President of the Republic about the goals and tasks of the newly created organization named after the legendary Commandos, the Artsakh Hero Major-General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, as well as the first conference of the organization.

President Sarkissian emphasized that the whole life of the legendary Commandos was an example of devotion to his homeland, from which generations can learn lessons of patriotism and dignity.

Today, President Sarkissian also sent a message to the participants of the first conference of the "Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan Civic Council" NGO, where he particularly noted: "Today, you, the figures of science and culture, the representatives of the spiritual elite, and comrades-in-arms of Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, gathering in one place, have a duty to make true what our beloved Commandos spoke in general in his political will, and remain faithful to his guidelines through your activities.

As before, in that will Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan spoke, first of all, about the need to unite all the healthy forces of our society, relevant especially today, for the sake of national interests."
