President Armen Sarkissian attended the Holy Easter Candlelight Divine Liturgy at St. Gayané Monastery

On April 3, in the evening of the Holy Saturday, the President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian attended the Candlelight Divine Liturgy at St. Gayané Monastery.

His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, offered the ceremony, with the participation of the Brotherhood of the Mother See and pilgrims.

The Feast of the Holy Resurrection begins with the Candlelight Divine Liturgy.

At the Patriarchal Residence, after the Holy Resurrection Divine Liturgy, the President of the Republic attended the House Blessing Service, offered by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, with the participation of the Brotherhood of the Mother See.

The President of the Republic congratulated His Holiness, and the Brotherhood of the Mother See on the occasion of the Holy Resurrection.
