President Armen Sarkissian had a telephone conversation with Van Grigoryan, the Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Assembly of America.

They talked about the recent developments around Artsakh, and in that context, the situation in the country. Van Grigoryan said that they were deeply concerned and worried about the signed trilateral statement and its provisions.

President Sarkissian noted that today Artsakh has various problems, especially of humanitarian nature, and it was possible to solve those problems only through national unity and joint efforts.

President Sarkissian and Van Grigoryan also exchanged views on other priorities of the pan-Armenian agenda.
