Within the framework of his political consultations with the parliamentary and extra-parliamentary forces, President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian met with Artur Vanetsyan, the Chairman of the “Hayrenik” party.

In particular, they talked about the recent developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the statement signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia, the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan, on the complete cessation of all hostilities in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, and about the subsequent events.

President Sarkissyan considered it important to have an atmosphere of public solidarity and nationwide consensus in the processes of resolving issues of national significance.

The leader of the "Hayrenik" party presented his assessments and observations, noting that the party has its vision to find a way out of the current situation.
