President Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birth anniversary

President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birth anniversary. The message states:

“In Armenia your considerable input to the development of the allied relations in the political, economic, military and humanitarian areas, as well as enhancement of the strategic partnership and mutually beneficial cooperation are highly appreciated. These relations are based on the centuries-long brotherly ties of the two peoples and spiritual closeness, high level of mutual trust and similar approaches to the contemporary issues.

I hope that efforts undertaken by Russia will allow to stop the bloodshed in the Karabakh conflict zone as soon as possible.”
