President Armen Sarkissian met with the Chairman of Central Bank Martin Galstian

President Armen Sarkissian received today the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstian.

At the outset, President Sarkissian congratulated Martin Galstian on his election at this responsible position and wished him success in his work.

The interlocutors exchanged in particular views on the changes taking place at the global financial markets as a result of the pandemic, their possible impact on our country, discussed economic consequences of the pandemic, and steps to mitigate them.

The Chairman of the Central Bank passed on to the President of the Republic information on the activities of the structure headed by him and planned works.
