President Sarkissian spoke on the phone with the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović
President Armen Sarkissian spoke today on the phone with the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović. President Sarkissian conveyed his greetings to Milo Đukanović whose official visit to Armenia was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Presidents of Armenia and Montenegro exchanged information on the situation in their respective countries related to the pandemic, spoke about existing challenges and efforts of the two countries and international community to overcome them.
The Presidents exchanged also views on the regional and international issues. In particular they spoke about Armenia’s and Montenegro’s experience of cooperation with the European Union.
President Sarkissian and President Đukanović stressed also the importance of deepening the relations between the two friendly states. It was noted that there is great potential especially in the areas of services, agriculture, IT, and tourism. In this context, they spoke also about establishing a visa free regime for the citizens of Armenia.
