President Armen Sarkissian had a video call with the veteran Rosalia Abgarian: unity was the most essential condition of the victory

President Armen Sarkissian had today a video call with the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Rosalia Abgarian.

The President conveyed to the veteran his warm congratulations and good wishes on the occasion of the Victory and Peace Day. “This our common holiday. It is important that we all remember and learn lessons,” the President of Armenia said in particular. “Unity was the most essential condition of the victory. All our future victories will be conditioned by our unity as citizens, as Armenians in Armenia, Artsakh, and Diaspora.”

The veteran of the Great Patriotic war expressed gratitude for the attention and care and underscored that the holiday belongs to us all. “I wish we live under clear skies, our children are always healthy, happy and able to achieve all their goals. I wish we can bring up our youngsters in a way that they feel responsibility for this country. I want them to understand that future belongs to them,” the veteran said who went through the flames of the war as a volunteer and after the war was an educator.

President Sarkissian wished Ms. Rosalia lasting vigor and a long life.
