President Armen Sarkissian had a meeting with the RA Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan

President Armen Sarkissian received today the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan.

A. Tatoyan presented the current activities of his Office. In that context, he informed that the annual briefing on the “Activities of the RA Human Rights Defender and situation with the human rights and freedoms for year 2019” and annual report on the “Activities of the RA Human Rights Defender as a national mechanism for prevention” have been already submitted to the National Assembly and will be discussed shortly.

At the meeting, discussed were also issues related to cooperation of the RA Ombudsman’s Office with international structures.
