At the Munich Security Conference President Armen Sarkissian will participate as a keynote speaker to the discussions on quantum politics

President Armen Sarkissian has left to the Federal Republic of Germany on a working visit.

In the framework of the Munich Security Conference the President of Armenia will participate as a keynote speaker to the discussions on quantum politics. President Sarkissian will present his quantum theory and will speak on the rapid changes taking place in the world, global risks, new quantum technologies and systems, and quantum behavior of politics.

In the last five decades the Munich Security Conference has become a leading platform for the discussions pertinent to the international security policies. Each February, it gathers under one roof heads of state and government, political and public figures, diplomats, reputable experts and analysts from all over the world to actively engage in the discussions on security, current and future challenges.
