President Armen Sarkissian was present at the joint session of the Security Councils of Armenia and Artsakh

President Armen Sarkissian participated today at the joint session of the Security Councils of the Republic of Armenia and Republic of Artsakh which took place under the co-chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nicol Pashinian and President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian.
