President Armen Sarkissian met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexi Honcharuk

President Armen Sarkissian, who is in London to participate at the First Eastern Partnership Investment Summit organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Olexi Honcharuk.

The President of Armenia and Prime Minister of Ukraine discussed issues of the Armenian-Ukrainian agenda.

President Sarkissian said that the time has come to take practical steps in the relations of the two countries and noted that the current level of cooperation was insufficient since opportunities were much bigger.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine agreed with the President of Armenia and noted that the two countries have many similarities, close relations, and great untapped potential.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the opportunities of implementation of the mutually beneficial programs in the areas of modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling, as well as agriculture and food safety.
