President received participants of the annual Teach For All international network conference : Teach, Armenia is implementing a valuable program

President Armen Sarkissian hosted today the Princess of Liechtenstein Tatyana Latorf, Director-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture of the European Commission Themis Christophidou, the founder and director of the Teach For All international network Wendy Kopp, the founder and director of the Teach, Armenia educational foundation Larissa Hovhannissian and a member of the international counselling commission of the Teach For All Xavier Prats Monné.

In Armenia the guests will participate at the annual conference of the Teach For All international network which this year is held in our country. They told the President about the conference, their programs, and works.

President Sarkissian welcomed the idea to hold the conference in Armenia. He noted that the Teach For All program is being successfully implemented in many countries, including Armenia, and provides the young and talented specialists with the opportunity to teach even in the remote schools. “It is a reality valuable program. I hope that the movement will have a long life in Armenia and will continue with succss,” the President said. He wished success to the Teach For All network and Teach, Armenia foundation. The President hailed their activities and wished efficient works to the conference.
