President Sarkissian hosted Indian entrepreneurs and representatives of B.E.S.T. University : Armenian Summit of Minds as a source of new opportunities for coopration

President Armen Sarkissian hosted today the President of the Indian Trade and Commerce Organization Asif Iqbal and his delegation which comprised not only entrepreneurs but also representatives of the Indian B.E.S.T. innovative University. President Sarkissian welcomed their visit to Armenia and the intention to develop cooperation with Armenia.

The President of the Indian Trade and Commerce Organization said that he participated at the Armenian Summit of Minds last summer in Dilijan and following the appeal of President Sarkissian has decided to cooperate closely with Armenia.

The guests informed the President of Armenia on the visit and the business conference to be held in its framework. They noted that were interested particularly in cooperation in the area of agriculture, including the exchange programs for the students specializing in the area. They also intend to discuss opportunities of cooperation with Tavush marz.

President Sarkissian wished them success and expressed confidence that they would be able to carry out with the Armenian partners mutually beneficial programs. He also expressed readiness to assist as much as possible to the initiatives aimed at the development of cooperation.
