President Sarkissian received member of the California State Assembly Adrin Nazarian and member of the Los Angeles City Council Paul Krekorian

President Sarkissian hosted today a member of the California State Assembly Adrin Nazarian and member of the Los Angeles City Council Paul Krekorian.

Underscoring the importance of the years-long close relations between Armenia and California, and Los Angeles in particular, the President of Armenia noted the areas where great potential exists for deepening the existing cooperation and ties, among them new technologies, science, education, energy, and agriculture. Adrin Nazarian and Paul Krekorian expressed readiness to do their best to promote the mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation and to strengthen the Fatherland-Spyurk relations.

At the meeting, discussed were also issues pertinent to the involvement of the Armenian community in the social, political and economic life of the United States and California in particular.
