President Sarkissian met with the members of the Alternative Projects group

President Armen Sarkissian met today with the members of the Alternative Projects group Vahe Hovhannissian, Elinar Vardanian, Stepan Margarian, and Gegham Nazarian.


President Sarkissian noted that he had initiated a series of meetings with political and non-governmental organization to familiarize with their viewpoints on various issues.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed different issued pertaining to Armenia’s foreign and internal policy agenda items. The members of the group presented to Armen Sarkissian their observations and proposals related to the prospects of the country’s development.

The President informed the guests on a number of presidential initiatives and agreements reached during his visits abroad which could result in the implementation in Armenia of a number of major programs.
