President Sarkissian and Minister of Agriculture of Belarus spoke about prospects of cooperation in the areas of agriculture and food security

President Armen Sarkissian today in Minsk held a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Anatoly Khotko.

The parties exchanged views on the prospects of deepening cooperation in the areas of agriculture, food production, and food security. President Sarkissian noted that Belarus has a great potential and opportunities in this area, and Armenia, as a market, could be interesting.

They also spoke about the possibilities of the implementation of the mutually beneficial joint programs.
