Prime Minister of the Russian Federation congratulated President Armen Sarkissian

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev congratulated President Armen Sarkissian on the occasion of his birth anniversary. His message states:

I would like to stress particularly the attention you pay to the development of the friendly, allied and partnership relations linking together Russia and Armenia.
