President Armen Sarkissian hosted a group of physicists

President Armen Sarkissian hosted today a group of the Armenian and foreign physicists from different universities of the world who have arrived to Armenia to participate at the special conference of the International Center for Theoretical Physics.

At the meeting, the interlocutors spoke of the current problems in science and prospective areas which will be in demand in the future. They also referred to the perspectives and opportunities of developing science in Armenia.

President Armen Sarkissian spoke of his forthcoming projects and programs in this area. He underscored that among his objectives is making Armenia a scientific hub and especially the development of the natural sciences which play a great role in the technological advancement.
