President Armen Sarkissian participated at the festive event in Sardarapat dedicated to the Republic holiday

Today, President Armen Sarkissian at the Sardarapat Battle Memorial together with His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian, Chairman of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan and other high-ranking officials participated at the festive event dedicated to the Republic holiday.

On behalf of the President of Armenia, a wreath was laid at the memorial dedicated to the Sardarapat Battle. Later, President Sarkissian participated at the unveiling of the memorial dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Aram Manukian and laid flowers at the monument.

Armen Sarkissian visited also the museum and observed the special exhibition opened on the occasion of the holiday.
