Presidential Concert series commenced with the solo concert of the renowned piano player Svetlana Navasardian

To make the Presidential Palace – Republic House, closer to and more accessible for the public, by the initiative of President Armen Sarkissian different cultural events will be held, including concerts, exhibitions, presentations, and poetic nights in the halls of the Palace.
Presidential Concert series commenced today with the solo concert of the renowned piano player, Laureate of a number of prestigious international competitions, RA People’s Artist Svetlana Navasardian.

Present at the concert were Mr. Armen Sarkissian and Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian, Speaker of the National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan, state, public, science, and culture figures, Heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Armenia, representatives of the mass media.

By the initiative of the President of Armenia and consent of Svetlana Navasardian the concert was dedicated to all mothers, sisters, and daughters.

At the conclusion of the concert, President Sarkissian said, “Allow me on behalf of us all to thank and express our love to Svetlana Navasardian for her great art, years-long tireless work, for her dedication and huge contribution to the world and Armenian national culture.”

After the concert, a reception was held on behalf of President Armen Sarkissian and Mrs. Nouneh Sarkissian.
