Presidential Concert series and solemn shift of Honor Guard at the Presidential Palace
To make the Presidential Palace more welcoming and approachable for the public, the Presidential Administration is planning to hold different cultural events in the halls of the Palace, including concerts, exhibitions, and presentations.
In this context, on April 3, the renowned piano player Svetlana Navasardian will give a solo concert which will kick off the Presidential Concert series.

Based on the observations, on working days and hours, despite the open gates and free entry, the number of people, who are visiting the area adjacent to the Presidential Palace remains small; on many instances there are no visitors at all.
Considering all this and aiming to make a greater use of the area adjacent to the administrative unit of the Presidential Palace as well as to ensure a normal functioning of the staff, from April 1, 2019 the admission hours to the area adjacent to the administrative unit of the Presidential Palace will change.
The gates of the Presidential Palace will be open for public on working days and Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00, on Sundays from 12:00 to 20:00. In the mentioned periods of time, the visitors will have a free access to the area and will use it as a walking space.
The shifts of the honor guard at the Presidential Palace will also change.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the shifts of honor guard will be accompanied by a solemn ceremony which can be observed by public. The servicemen will in turn demonstrate their skills.
