President Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ireland

President Armen Sarkissian sent today a congratulatory message to the President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins on the occasion of national holiday Saint Patrick’s Day.

Noting that Armenia is ready to establish a dialogue with Ireland on the bilateral and multilateral levels, President Sarkissian expressed confidence that through the joint efforts it would be possible to establish a working agenda of the Armenian-Irish relations filled with initiatives of mutual interest.
