At the meeting with the President of EBRD, President Sarkissian proposed to pay special attention to the programs for Gyumri

President Armen Sarkissian met today with a delegation headed by the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Suma Chakrabarti.

President Sarkissian and President of the EBRD spoke about the cooperation agenda.
Noting that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is presented rather markedly in the Armenian economy, President Sarkissian stressed the importance of the Bank’s contribution to the cooperation of private and public sectors, development of small and medium enterprises.

Suma Chakrabarti in his turn underlined that the EBRD is ready through different programs to continue its assistance to the Armenian economy and said that the new cooperation strategy is already in place.

The President of Armenia is proposed to pay special attention to the programs for Gyumri.
