The newly appointed Ambassador of the United States Lynne Tracy presented her credentials to the President of Armenia
Today, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Armenia Lynne Tracy presented her credentials to President Armen Sarkissian.
Handing her credentials, Ambassador Tracy noted, “I am proud to present my credentials to the President and look forward to working with the Armenian government to strengthen and deepen U.S.-Armenia relations and support Armenia’s democracy agenda.”
President Sarkissian congratulated the Ambassador on assuming the office and said that Armenia attaches great importance to the Armenian-American friendship and partnership which are based on common values, mutual trust, and respect. President Sarkissian expressed confidence that the newly appointed Ambassador would employ her experience and knowledge to further the multifaceted cooperation of the two countries.
During the conversation, which followed the ceremony of presenting credentials, the parties noted that they would continue their joint efforts to use efficiently the existing significant potential of the bilateral relations.
