Newly appointed Ambassador of the UAE presented his credentials to President Sarkissian

Today, the newly appointed Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in our country Mohammed Issa Al Qattam Al Zaabi presented his credentials to President Armen Sarkissian.

The President congratulated the Ambassador on assuming this important mission and expressed confidence that during his tenure Ambassador Mohammed Issa Al Zaabi would use to the utmost his experience and professional abilities to further strengthen and deepen the multifaceted relations between the two friendly nations.

The newly appointed Ambassador conveyed to the President of Armenia greetings and good wishes of the President of the UAE Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Recalling his recent visit to the United Arab Emirates, rather fruitful and successful discussions and the reached agreements, President Armen Sarkissian said that their implementation would give a stronger impetus to the dynamically developing bilateral cooperation.

Speaking about economic cooperation, the interlocutors mentioned among the priorities the areas of high technologies, food security, tourism, and alternative energy.
