President invited a mission of the OSCE/ODIHR and CIS member states to monitor the December 9 snap parliamentary elections

President Armen Sarkissian sent out official letters to the OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger (copy to the OSCE/ODIHR Director Ingibjörg Sólrún Gísladóttir) and the Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev and invited respectively a mission of the OSCE democratic institutions and human rights office and a mission of the CIS member states to monitor the snap parliamentary elections to be held in the Republic of Armenia on December 9, 2018.
