President of Belarus sent a congratulatory message to the President

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of President Armen Sarkissian, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko sent a congratulatory message.

The message states:

Your personal and professional qualities, active state activities and well-earned reputation promote the friendly Armenia’s peaceful and sustainable development.
