President of Artsakh sent a congratulatory message to President Armen Sarkissian

On the occasion of the jubilee, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakian sent a congratulatory message to President Armen Sarkissian.

The message states:

Today, too, as the President of the Republic of Armenia, you continue to work with vigor and dedication for the glory of the Armenian statehood and people.
