Message of the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian

Dear Fellow Citizens,

Today Yerevan is in the focus of attention of Armenia, Artsakh, Diaspora and the entire world.
At this fateful moment, I urge everyone – members of the National Assembly, political forces, the entire state system, different social groups of our society, young people – to manifest great civic responsibility and sanity, in taking any step or action to stay in the framework of the law and Constitution for the benefit of our people and our state.
