President Armen Sarkissian received a group of European Ambassadors

President Armen Sarkissian received Ambassadors of Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Bulgaria, Switzerland to Armenia and chargé d'affaires of Romania.

Welcoming the guests, the President of Armenia underscored the importance of further developing and deepening relations with the European countries and the EU. The President spoke about carrying out up to the mark this year’s celebrations dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia and the May Heroic Battle, 2800th anniversary of Yerevan, as well as the Summit of Francophonie.

The participants of the meeting exchanged views on the current situation. The European Ambassadors expressed hope that it would be resolved in the framework of the Constitution and stressed the role of the President in that process.
