President receives Co-Chair of Armenian Assembly of America Van Grigoryan

President Serzh Sargsyan received today Co-Chair of the Armenian Assembly of America Van Grigoryan.

For valuable contribution to the strengthening of Homeland-Diaspora ties, as well as for long-standing patriotic activities, the President of Armenia handed to the Co-Chair of the Armenian Assembly of America a high State awards – the Medal of Honor – which the President conferred upon him on the occasion of Independence Day.

Van Grigoryan expressed gratitude for Homeland’s high State award, assuring that he would carry on his patriotic activities with the same devotion. He took the opportunity to brief President Sargsyan on the recent activities and upcoming programs of the Armenian Assembly of America.
