President Serzh Sargsyan received the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier who has arrived to Armenia to discuss the opportunities and prospects to continue the Armenia-OSCE cooperation.

The President of Armenia welcomed the guest and praised his cooperation with Armenia during his tenure as the OSCE Secretary General.

Secretary General Lamberto Zannier expressed regret on the termination of the mandate of the OSCE office in Yerevan, noting that the Organization nevertheless is ready and interested in a continued cooperation with Armenia.

The parties spoke with satisfaction about Armenia’s involvement in the OSCE activities at all levels and discussed possibilities to deepen and expand cooperation in other formats.

They also discussed the NK peace process carried out in the framework of the OSCE Minks Group.
