President of Russia Vladimir Putin congratulated President Serzh Sargsyan on the victory of the RPA

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to the President of Armenia, Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on the victory of the RPA at the parliamentary elections held on April 2.
