President attended composer Arthur Grigorian’s special event

President Serzh Sargsyan and Mrs. Rita Sargsyan today at the A. Spendiarian Opera and Ballet National Academic Theater were present at the special event dedicated to the RA People’s Artist, the founder and creative director of Armenia’s Song State Theater Arthur Grigorian.
