President participated at the reception dedicated to Constitution Day

Tonight, President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the reception dedicated to Constitution Day which took place at the National Gallery of Armenia.

On the occasion of the holiday, there also took place the presentation of the book by the Chairman of RA Constitutional Court, Doctor of Law, Professor Gagik Harutyunian titled “Constitutional Culture, Lessons of History, and Current Challenges”. The publication is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
