Today, President Serzh Sargsyan had a phone conversation with the Vice President of the United States Joe Biden.

The call was initiated by the American side. Discussed were issues pertinent to the current stage of the NK problem. The parties stressed the importance of the full and efficient implementation of the agreements reached in Vienna on May 16 at the meeting initiated by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the countries-Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The parties concurred that the problem can be solved exclusively through peaceful means in the framework of the mediating efforts of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
