Newly appointed Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented his credentials to the President
Today, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia Timur Urazaev presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
President Sargsyan congratulated the Ambassador of Kazakhstan on his appointment and wished him success. Serzh Sargsyan expressed hope that through his active work, Ambassador Urazaev will contribute to the strengthening of the Armenian-Kazakh interstate relations, mutually beneficial cooperation in the trade, economic, humanitarian and other areas.
The parties agreed that there exists a great potential for the strengthening of the bilateral relations, and that the two parties need to enhance their efforts to utilized it fully.
The President of Armenia stressed the importance of cooperation in the framework of international organizations, as well as in the framework of integration unions and in this context he underscored in particular development of the Armenian-Kazakh relations within the CSTO, Eurasian Union and CIS which should respect interests of the two countries and be based on the solidarity of Armenia and Kazakhstan as allies.
