President Serzh Sargsyan congratulates RF President Vladimir Putin on his birthday

President Serzh Sargsyan today held a phone call with President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation (RF) congratulating and sending him best wishes on the occasion of his birthday. The RA President also sent a congratulatory message to the RF President.
