President issues decree posthumously awarding Hayk Tevoyan Medal for Combat Service

President Serzh Sargsyan today issued a decree posthumously awarding the Medal for Combat Service to Private Hayk Karleni Tevoyan, a contract serviceman, for displaying bravery and personal courage while defending the borders of the motherland.
